Project Specifications

• Existing four story building with basement stripped down to the concrete structure frame to create a new 95 room full service hotel
• A new expanded foundation was added and the perimeter of each floor was infilled
• Reworked elevator shaft with HSS supports and new traction elevators were installed
• Added fifth floor with steel columns and beams
• Added a new acoustic long span roof deck complete with a roof top lounge
• Added a full kitchen in basement as well as a ground level bar
