15,000 sq. ft. Renovation of 50+ year-old natatorium that had been vacant for 10 years. .EH Construction was the prime contractor and was responsible for project management, scheduling, supervision, demolition, concrete, installation of doors and hardware, specialties, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry.
