Job Duties (may include, but are not limited to):
- Interpreting project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and on-site teams.
- Participating in the preparation and execution of pre-construction quality plans.
- Assisting in obtaining and managing necessary construction permits.
- Maintaining essential project documentation including Material Tracking Lists, Inspection Logs, and Non-Conformance Reports.
- Distributing and processing construction documents and correspondence such as RFIs (Requests for Information).
- Assisting with project closeout activities.
- Supporting testing and inspection processes within the construction quality management framework.
- Promptly notifying project leadership of any test results or inspection deviations from contract requirements.
- Managing and tracking the submission and approval processes of project submittals.
- Coordinating submittal schedules to align with project timelines.
- Communicating effectively with subcontractors and suppliers regarding submittal requirements.
- Assisting in subcontractor coordination, including insurance verification, documentation, and payment processing.
- Assisting in the creation and management of RFIs and Change Orders.
- Implementing updates and revisions to as-built construction documentation.
- Supporting safety compliance and promoting safe practices among project teams.
- Maintaining and monitoring project schedules and timelines.
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, peers, and field personnel.
- Assisting in project estimation and related tasks.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
